Product Preparation

Our hand sanitizer is expertly crafted with a blend of Certified USP Ethyl Alcohol, 91% organic Aloe Vera Gel, and 100% cold-pressed fruit peel essential oils. With a final alcohol content of 60%, it meets the CDC's recommended percentage to effectively eliminate most germs. Each batch is carefully measured using a Hydrometer to ensure the perfect concentration of alcohol and Aloe. Rest assured, our product features naturally occurring colors from the essential oils, with no added color additives. Please refer to the ingredients list for each product before making your purchase.

Product Testing

CitrisSan® Hand Sanitizer undergoes rigorous testing at an accredited laboratory to confirm its alcohol percentages, including the levels of ethyl alcohol. We also conduct thorough testing for methanol to guarantee that it is completely absent from our product. Your safety and confidence in our hand sanitizer are our top priorities.

Shipping

Enjoy a flat shipping rate of just $5.95 on all orders! We use USPS Ground Advantage for delivery within 3-5 business days. Plus, any order over $60.00 ships free of charge. In some cases, orders may be ship via USPS Priority Mail for extreme distances.

Refunds 

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, we will gladly provide a full refund. To initiate the process, please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your item. We will send you a return label for the unused product. Once we receive the unused item, we will issue full refund using the original payment method.

Proper hand sanitizer use

Place the recommended amount of hand sanitizer (roughly the size of a quarter) in the palm of your hand. Rub your hands together thoroughly, including the space between your fingers. Stop rubbing your hands once the skin is dry.

Whenever possible, proper hand washing with soap and water is recommended. However, in any case where soap and water is not available, using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer is a convenient solution for effectively cleaning and killing germs.
